Franchise mode, starters are to exhausted to play. I am playing a franchise mode with some friends and we are coming up on the end of the season and we are all having the same issue. All of our starters are way too exhausted to play. You get like 2 drives with the starters and then its all back ups mostly at the running back and pass catching ... Everytime I try to launch a game straight off of xbox game pass that doesn't use a third party launcher, it gets stuck on the syncing data screen. Open task manager, go to "details" section and there find "gamingserives.exe" process.
