Edit: after changing mod order, panzer devolution now works, but MS and VQ no longer proc. Previously I had VQ in the precept slot, but changed it for PD. PD is now working but VQ is not.

(As I understand it from my experience using them.) Once it returns to normal it'll start storing up health again.

replace adaptation with rolling guard for survivability, adaptation is completely unneeded if you are going for kinetic plating, which is a 100% damage reduction from nearly all sources except toxin, which will be taken care of by a vulpaphyla that will die in your stead with martyr symbiosis, and rolling guard to quickly cleanse yourself of the toxin proc.
