So what happens to a routes evaluation under RRECS if there's no regular who has any "skin in the game"? There is RRECS specific training but it's an hour long Powerpoint that only goes through DPM and LTM. PM probably gave you the Cheat sheet for scans and read through it like a tweaked out squirrel. This *should* be fixed by RRECS. The standards will be based on engineering principles, so they shouldn't be changed all willy-nilly.
