I've been using traditional insurance companies for 30+ years and I've never been treated like this. Most of their "should cost" prices are inaccurate (even the cheapest providers charge 2x the price).

For example, it says services in an urgent care should cost $43 and the plan will pay $34. If that were true, it would be a good deal. But from my experience and if you Google urgent care market costs, they are typically from $100 to $200.
