Just log out and tap the title screen, and you'll be able to play from the beginning and link your game to a new EA account. use the xp collider, save up 25 donuts, at that point just buy rat trap trucks, bloodmobiles or build kwik-e marts. you'll level up super fast and get free donuts, then spend those donuts on things like the beach hideaway for springfield heights, or on the year book. the hideaway when fully upgraded is a 20% buff, I have used it for years & never had any problems.
