I always tell my grads that if it shut off at 75 and you did not feel like you messed up nearly every question then you passed! I have never been wrong on this observation. People who pass at 75 will pass at every number up until the maximum of 265. People who fail at 75 will fail regardless of whether they answer 76 questions or all 265.
