Jun 26, 2020 · So I physically moved one of the least used Pods down near her laptop, but it does not seem to ever automatically connect via the closer Pod now and still just stays with the Gateway somehow. I thought it would update on it's own. And I cant see a way to manually assign a device to a certain Pod or Gateway. May I suggest that you unplug the xFi pods, (if you have an external router you will want to unplug that as well), then unplug the modem for about 30 seconds. Once you plug your modem back in, let it come all the way back up. (If you have an external router you will want to plug that in next and wait for it to come all the way up.)You must have xFi Complete as part of your plan.
