The steak was a bit bland in flavor and not of the best quality. The shrimp was fairly tasty and even more so when dipped in the ginger sauce. It's really a bummer tho that Fuji doesn't invest in training their chefs the same knife skills that Benihana chefs learn and display when butterflying and cutting the shrimp.
