The downside of Brita's is really how overpowered weapons can become with the right attachments and weapon skill. I recommend turning down all Spawn rates, save for pistols. My personal thought process is that more people would be carrying pistols around with a single magazine/a empty magazine than a pistol with a whole box of the ammo for it.
