20 Messages. Friday, October 6th, 2023 12:44 AM. Poor Closed Caption. I have been noticing the close caption has gotten a lot worse. There are fragmented sentences and incomplete sentences. Often there is no close captioning at all. Closed captioning used to be pretty reliable.

For 3 weeks closed captioning has been missing on all CBS dvr recordings and only CBS. All dvr recordings from other channels show closed captioning. Closed captioning works on live CBS. I deleted all CBS series recordings and set them back up. Still no closed captioning. And it's the same on 2 TVs and a tablet.
