Tmobile cellspot not working.

We unplugged our T-Mobile CellSpot from our Spectrum Wi-Fi router (so we can turn it in to Spectrum) and plugged it into one of the two Nest Wi-Fi boxes. It stopped working. We have reset it (30 seconds) and even turned the power off and on again, but we cannot get all the lights to return. Verify that you only have one (1) 4G LTE CellSpot on your account and not two (2). In Summary, verify that Spectrum/Charter ISP has opened UDP ports 123, 500 and 4500 and then request that T-Mobile completely delete your old CellSpot profile because it has become corrupt and no longer works. Since then, the CellSpot would either connect to 3G/4G, all lights would flash orange, and then reset, or, get to 4G LTE and stay lit for 10-15 minutes, long enough to make 2 phone calls, and then reset itself again. Received a T-Mobile Cellspot yesterday and it was very easy to install in place of my existing old wifi router. The only glitch was that my Ooma phone interface (Telo) would not work when connected to one of the ports on the Cellspot. Is there anything on the Cellspot that T-Mobile would have set to block use of an Ooma phone?
