Tivo v58 error.
Testing with channel 759. It sounds like it might be the same thing. Not a reception problem. Each time the problem occurs the cable system has sent a new/different PMT which the host is required to send to the CableCARD. The CableCARD does a CCI challenge which the HDHomeRun responds to and A/V data resumes.

Tivo CableCard "D261" issues. Hi. I swapped out my Tivo Bolt for an Xfinity box because the CableCard was dropping channels with "Channel Unavailable/D261" errors.
