Not really, it very much depends on your trading strategy. From my experience the fee-problem with crypto trading is mostly when you trade between FIAT and Crypto, not between crypto and itself. One thing that could help your confidence is to look at the options at different strike prices and expiry days. The delta of an option is roughly equivalent to its likelihood of expiring ITM.
