Not having a SIG P365-380, I have to assume the 15.7 ounces includes the magazine and is thus lighter than the 9mm version which is listed as 17.8 ounces. That means the difference between the SIG P365-380 and the G42 appears to be 1.94 ounces. The difference between the 9mm P365 and the G42 is 4.04 ounces.

I've held both of them in hand, and I like how the 365-380 feels in my hand, the tritium sights and the greater ammo capacity.
