After two full hours of serving, we were tired and hungry and thus enjoyed a delicious Easter lunch at Eddie V.’s in Plano before heading home and putting on our comfy clothes. Grease. a 9×13 baking dish (I used Pam but Sheaffer uses butter) Place. crushed pineapple evenly along the bottom of prepared casserole dish. Next, mix. together the flour, sugar and cheese and then sprinkle it evenly on top of pineapple. Cover everything with Ritz cracker crumbs. Melt. butter and pour over the top of cracker crumbs.
