Update: I agree that the Seiko lume is great in every price bracket, I just meant that I'm not aware of many Seiko watches under $100 that have thick lume on their dials. In initial brightness, I believe the edge goes to the Seiko. But after 7 hours of sleep (or thereabouts), the Citizen appears to me to retain more luminosity.
