The Bloods are from California and I’ve never really heard of them trying to spread their influence like the Crips did. I know on the East Coast New Jersey is the only state that has Blood sets that have connections to California sets. Even if there are Bloods sets in Chicago, I doubt that they would have any connection to the ones in California.
