Why is the X1 Cable Box so slow to change Channels. Like 3 seconds vs 1/2 second from old DTA? Comcast rep insisted that I change my DTA for an X1 box because he said it was time and it was a number of years old. The old DTA I could scroll though my channels relatively quickly but the Cablebox is extremely slow .

Thanks so much. Just found that I had standard dvr service which allowed 6 shows at once but only 20 hours which is ridiculous. Just upgraded to 150 hours so I will see if that fixes problem. Since getting new box we can’t record more than 2 shows at the same time.
