Get fixed boi is a secret world seed that combines many of the features of the other secret world seeds. It has also been referred to by Re-Logic in update changelogs and in the source code as Everything and Zenith. The following seeds can be used to generate a Get fixed boi world (case-insensitive):

Combining the 'getfixedboi' seed and Master Mode turns it into 'Legendary Mode'. hm basically Terraria have 2 variant, vanilla and tmodloader, both can be accessed just by buying the vanilla copy.
The start was, obviously, very painful, but once you understand the awareness and the ways to prevent it, then it becomes a pretty unique experience. The combination of all seed's niche's together does make up for it. I havn't tried the remix seed, but I think it could fit for a similair, although a bit less diverse, experience.
You don't need to do that specifically. All you need to do is go to the menu for creating a new world, choose your world options, and then just enter "getfixedboi" in the seed section. Check chests in the Mushroom layer and Fake Surface, the Skeleton Merchant sometimes sells it, and if all else fails, go fishing. 4.getfixedboi Seed Question .
