Created using primarily the official blu-ray, then adding DVD, laserdisc, etc. pieces as needed, these versions were designed to mimic what an official blu-ray release might look like. Harmy’s is like remastering the OT films for current gen TVs while the 4k versions are meant to reproduce the way the films looked in 77, 80, and 83. I have done the trick above with mkvtoolnix and re-saved the file and it fixes that problem. I think it might be worth trying it in your case. I would completely move the file out of Plex and re-scan and empty trash. Do the re-save on the file, and then move the new fixed file back to the folder and re-scan Plex.
