steam needs to update some files on your hard disk. perhaps the dll's have been installed but if steam is not updating its files, they are still marked as absent. run steam once with admin permission then verify the game files to install any possibly missing files and to update the steam files. run the game to see if the problem stops.Welcome to /r/SkyrimMods!
