My last pair (February 2023) were returned 3 times due to this. The office then made me lens which are great. Took an early retirement but have to pay for my own health, dental, and vision insurance. I have had VSP now for few years and use Visionworks for my annual checkups, retinal scans, glaucoma test, contacts, and eyewear. The locations and hours are convenient and the exams are thorough.
