Just studied it all on repeat. Practice NBMEs. As many as possible. You can look up what organ systems make up the highest percentage of the IM shelf, and allocate your study time accordingly! I made sure to watch the online med ed videos for cardio, resp, and renal (and had already done GI from my surgery shelf). Secondary resources were de Virgilio and Pestana's for Surgery, Case Files for OBGyn, FA for Psych, and Step-Up to Medicine for IM. Practice questions were sufficient for Peds and FM. Got 80+ percentile on every shelf, only used uworld and cheesy Dorian deck.
