It shows up in the contacts as a neutral faction and it's only unit is the portal itself. Since this happened the Unbidden have made no further expansion attempts and just sit still in their already captured systems.Also, fun fact: the "Dimensional Portal Researcher" jobs it creates are the same ones made by the "Dimensional Doorway" colony event. Mar 14, 2023 · It would certainly make them less irritating and also less cheesable if the main fleet guarded the portal. There comes a point when you have fleets big enough to defeat the smaller fleets, or you have enough stuff stacked in Terminal Egress to fend of one or two at once, but they'll randomly get wiped out because the 11M one stops by instead of one of the other 4M fleets.
