Ban waves stopped in June of last year. They changed their cheat detection to ongoing 24/7, 365. Just logging into a modded app like pgsharp will set you up for a strike. I highly recommend not using pgsharp ever. It doesnt matter what you do or dont do on a modded app. Just logging in is the problem. You need to spoof on a rooted andriod phone.

I got 7 day 1 year ago and 30 day 1 month ago , both because i ve spoofed both cities of pogo fest. in game actions do not flag you, pgsharp and modded pogo apps will. immediately after using them. Perma-bans come as a 3rd strike, and they are essentially inevitable if you're using a modified client (such as PGSharp), to access Niantic's servers. Not only do they consider this cheating and a violation of TOS, they also have to consider it a potential security exploit/vulnerability.
