Kinda of weird- plenty of seats are sold out on the del sur bus, but Civa has two buses that night and not a single seat sold.

Lake Titicaca is not so touristy, it all depends where you go. You can stay overnight in the lakeside village of Llachon for instance, it remains quiet.
