Imo, borderlands 2 is much more defense focused until you acquire awesome guns and even then, enemies can still down you with one rocket or some quick bullets to the dome. At least with this build I can not worry about my aggro, have my thrall take out groups of weaker enemies all while I regenerate health and shields.Maya is very good for endgame. I personally run the trickster class mod that boosts fire rate. Beehawking is the easy way to go for her, but I also like to use the lady fist, pimpernel, and dpuh on occasion. Once you get down to Reaper, you should be melting lots of HP, especially with a Class Mod that boosts it. Consider a Cat class mod and some good SMGs for maximum synergy/damage output.
