Using the ledge version of sword skating, it's quite liberal with the timings. You can even hit jump and shatter dive/super at the same time. Just make sure it's after your eager edge heavy attack, and you're off the ledge. Doing the ledge-less sword skate? Timings are waaaay to tight. Just set up a macro.

I’ve heard it does nothing for actual shatterskating but it lunges you further with a regular light attack. Not sure if this is factual but in this case if you can do the flat ground skate which requires a light attack, might push further than non enhanced.Avoid using your phone while on the ice, as there are different skaters with different skill levels going at different speeds. With the hotfix today, eager edge perk now disappears after you swing your sword initially. No more double and triple eager skates. Feels like theres now 0 reason for me to have enhanced eager edge. EDIT: For those commenting that this will stop griefing. It won’t. People will still use this sword to grief.
