Honda accord whining noise when starting.

Over the years I have owned a 2007 Accord, which I traded in for a 2019 one, as well as several Toyota vehicles. Both Accords have been consistent in terms of making that noise especially during the A/C startup process. The Toyota vehicles do not make any noise. For the Accord, that particular noise is normal.
