I started on Survival difficulty. The differences which I know are: Enemies do 2x damage. Player character does 50% damage to enemies. There are more Legendary spawns. Survival or very hard. At higher levels survival is less difficult and just more annoying. Like ya, I can sprint to the next obj one shotting everyone or have a vertibird pick me up, but I’d rather just fast travel and have to face some bullet sponge enemies to at least make combat last if I get spotted.
