Mar 24, 2018 · The fuel tank and carburetor must be drained and flushed of water, mud, trash, etc. Disconnect the fuel line from the carburetor and check the fuel pump.Turn the ignition on and observe if there is fuel flowing from the line. If not, the line is plugged or the pump is defective. Afterwards, pull the spark plug and check for spark.2014 RGR 900 XP Problems. No it did nothing like it was dead. No codes nothing. After 4 months and 122 miles It had a catastrophic primary clutch failure that left me stranded. On my Ford Ranger, the pistons in the calipers were plastic and that's why they locked up. The plastic piston gets worn and then gets slightly cockeyed in the bore and so it gets stuck outward. Your belt is probably getting wore into an hour glass shape due to the load. Seen this on generals, ranger and rzrs when using high and starting out on inclines or with heavy loads. If it is, you'll need a new belt.
