We have many support tickets, forum posts and have still not received even a response. Over 24 hours of players being denied service. The server one of my clanmates is stuck on is Lobby 3. I am unsure what the other users are stuck on but they all have the same "not logged out from last session" errors.

Jagex please stop logging out mobile users after alt tabbing for 10 seconds. Suggestion. It's super fucking annoying reentering details every time you wanna change apps for 10 secs to check some quest info or anything like that. I've heard UK servers have improved but I continue to use US/German servers.
