however i found 0 info on how to change quality values (or manufacturer, for the matter) of a crossbow assigned to a character in a game start, or just a NPC that can spawn in the world. I noticed in my tests that sometimes i spawn with shoddy quality and other times with standard quality crossbows, so i believe the code has to be there somewhere.
