Honda odyssey power tailgate reset.

My tailgate just started doing this after some rain. It looks like the seal along the tailgate window rail is cracked all the way across and is probably letting in water. It's 55,000 miles on a 2019 odyssey EXL. Seems like a manufacturing issue. It could not open all the way, as if something was in the way. Then it makes a long beep and reverts to closing it.
