There is cross tolerance between kratom and other opiates, in my experience. That being said, the way they isolate the alkaloid for the OPMS concentrates is definitely different from the rest. I am pretty sure 1 vial is 1 pill. As someone with pretty high tolerance to other opiates, as well as kratom powder, I didn't feel much from 1 pill.
