The range can really vary, I had an exam take more than 6 months to be clarified. In that time, other exams went through and were sent in perfectly fine. All depends on the situation. But my guy was definitely on the "treat the vet like an individual" and not one of those horror stories of "just another number" some may have experienced in the past with other stuff related to the VA. There are several contract vendors doing VA exams, and LHI is one of the better ones.
