Currently having some issues with my 2017 wrangler and all signs are pointing towards the IOD fuse, however; there is a plastic covering on it that I just can't seem to remove. I don't want to put too much pressure on it because I don't want to break it. Does anyone know how to remove it? If you just have magnetic lights you stick on the back of the Jeep leave M1 alone. You should only have to pull the IOD to flat tow. Put the transfer case in neutral, transmission in park, leave the key in the ON/AC position, then pull the IOD fuse. If you pull that fuse you don't have to disconnect the battery.
