I currently indicate slightly above 1/2 tank remaining. I drive an 80 mile round trip 2 to 3 days a week. After using them as steps for a while they deformed the car body sheet metal they are mounted to in such a way that the rails started to sag a little bit. Also they got pretty rusty after only 2 years.
