May 28, 2023 · test prop 300mgs a week. equipoise 500mgs a week. goals are growth and strength but keeping sides low. I’m 5’11’’ 188 pounds and 15% body fat and I’m 28. you can run amy test you want. prop keep less water retention which is great. go atleast 14 weeks with eq 16 IS BTR.
I would just skip the Tren. It’s over rated anyway. So many side effects for little return. I would just run high EQ 700-900mg and Test E 500-600mg. If your bulking add Anadrol if your lean bulking add some Tbol or Var.. No insomnia or Tren rage.
