Feb 7, 2020 · Joined: October 23, 2019. Posted February 7, 2020. Depending how accurate the video was it was explained that cooking/roasting increased food efficiency by 75% and only 25% for boiled. But he did say boiled would hold more hydration levels to it. Ive wondered the same about what does or doesnt happen to some thing in a cooking pot with water.
