EU servers yes ( you can use a vpn like protonvpn to connect to a lobby and disconnect afterwards ). i recommend you check out the boiii client tho. Use the t7 community patch and play in eu servers, tdm and domination is pretty active. BO3 still has an RCE exploit, so use T7 community patch to get rid of any exploits.

Hi I'm ALEXS557 an Xbox ambassador, not employed by Microsoft or Xbox. Only way I can think of to fix this issue would be to redownload the game as this should install the latest version of the game.
