The strength of Eleonora pole blade is the ash of war and base bleed/fire damage. Godskin peeler is excellent but my favourite is Knight twinblade because it has great reach and scales with strength. Also blackflame tornado can be insane on twinblade once you find it. I found myself really well with Eleonora's at +10.

Twin-Blade and Peeler look the best. For power, you want Eleonora's if planning on using her skill with an arcane build. Its weapon art is quite op. High damage, bleed build up and very high stagger. Otherwise Godskin Peeler. Twin-Blade isnt bad either, but it has slightly lower dex scaling. Its pretty much the same damage, tho.
