Honestly, colossal swords and great spears are pretty comparable levels of cheese imo. Spamming colossal sword crouch poke is for sure more cringe than utilizing the whole great spear moveset, not questioning that. In a duel setting though, a good great spear player should be able to consistently beat colossal sword players.Yeah Rykard is pretty easy if you're built right, you don't even need the gimmick weapon against him. However, there is a boss even easier than both Rykard and the tutorial boss, and that's mimic tear. Take off all your equipment before starting the fight.
