Can be found at cuescreens.com. Or if you have warranty the Dealer would replace the whole CUE unit but it would most likely fail again.But, I noticed that the door seems to open when my finger tips are warmer vs cooler. I guess I could use touch sensitive. However, the device has to be able to detect the touch. I suspect some inanimate objects may not work. If the object is at the same or less temperature than the device, it may not recognize the touch. But, that is just a guess.
