Food are the basic and advanced consumables for survival in Conan Exiles. Thralls will automatically eat certain foods if placed in their inventory. For thrall healing rates, see their diet table. All foods can also be fed to thralls manually by placing the food in their inventory and selecting "Use". This will apply effects such as Sated, Regenerating etc.Full vitality +13, the thrall has less strengh so the fight is longer and it take more damage. The best is a mix strengh + vitality and max armor. Here is the result : Aspect of the Wolf +8 strengh. Redeemed Legion Pauldron +4 strengh. Voidforged Dragon Gauntlets +3 vitality. According to the wiki grilled steak will give you a +14% chance for vit boost, and gruel will give you +14% str boost. So run grilled steak and gruel for the best results possible.
