The ADV/Dis-ADV thing is pretty easy to fix, you just need to adjust the shortcut keys for midi. Go to the settings tab then Configure Controls. Look for midi and change the shortcuts.Same method as #1. You'll call to `flags.midi-qol.onUseMacroName` `Custom` `ItemMacro.Name of Item,preItemRoll`. Then imbed the macro on that item. The best thing I can think of is under Workflow Settings you can set "Prompt Players to Roll Saves". You could set that to "Chat Message", and then your players could just ignore the prompt if they shouldn't be affected by the spell. Then it would roll all the NPCs automatically but not the players.
