A 14% chance of getting the exotic you want, on top of the low drop chance Master Lost Sectors have, and who knows if it will have the stats you want. Going through the Lost Sector on Legendary yields better results than master considering you can go through it faster than you would on Master. Not to mention, the drop rates aren't that more common on Master in my experience. Best to do Legendary :D

At this point legendary and master lost sectors drop exotics at the same rate. I have even gotten back to back drops in legendary and have not seen any drops in master after 20 runs. It is bad enough that the exotics drop with random rolls, meaning I could run it dozens of times and not get the rolls or exotic piece combo that I am looking for.
