My wife's 7mm-08 shoots the Nosler factory 140 gr AccuBond load sub-MOA, and the hand load that DrMike developed for her rifle is the 140 gr Sierra Pro Hunter over 47.2 gr of IMR4350 and F210M primers at 2.276" coal, produces 1/2, groups. She is impatiently waiting to harvest her first animal with her rifle.In my 7mm-08, it's awesome! Never found a better combination than 7-08, 140 grain bullet and Varget (42.5 grains=2850 fps). I've contacted Swift numerous times regarding load data for their 150g polymer tip boat tail Spitzer - specific to 7mm-08 Remington. For whatever reason they're not responding aftera few weeks wait. I frequently use IMR4064, Varget, RL-15, and RL-17. Can anyone please provide advice on this...I did see a max load of 44.6 gr of Varget with a listed velocity of 3,050 fps which I'm assuming would be at or close to max, if not a bit past. I have used H-380 but it does have pressure issues at the top when temps rose above 65 deg for me. @42.0 grains of Varget under most 140's works well just have to adjust overall length if magazine allows.
