Drop down brackets in the front with a shackle reversal, and springs. In the rear go to the ford dealer and buy (2) front/rear spring hangers (the front hanger for the rear springs). Re gear that truck if you do the rear the front needs done to match if your 4x4. Go to 4.88 your truck will hold up better. I'd personally rethink about such a large tire unless you really go off road.

So I have a 2019 ford f350 diesel truck in limited version. it originally came with LT275/65R20E. I believe all "limited" model came with that size. I want to run a set of winter tires and with my research it seems like my two options are to change the tire on my wheel with another r20 winter tire or buy a dedicated set of 18 inch tires.

Thanks!Jul 24, 2012 · I had a 3" rough country lift with 37's on 20" factory wheels. The tires did not hit the wheel wells but they did rub the frame pretty bad at full turn. The tires were 37x12.50 nitto trail grappler. You can do all the lift you want but the tires are going to rub the frame with the factory wheels because of the off set.
