Visa Bulletin For May 2023 - EB2 ROW retrogresses again. I-140 & I-485 (AOS) Visa bulleting for May 2023 has been released. EB2 Category for rest of the world (ROW) has retrogressed further to February 15th, 2022. Not good news.
